New Management

The manager’s family manages the hotel; firstly the kitchen is entrusted to Ms Franca (manager’s Mather) who lived in Bologna where she learnt to cook nice food. For many years she managed restaurants and pizzerie, then she worked in one of the most important restaurant between Modena and Bologna where she was awarded with the prize "CLUB CONFRATERNITA DELLE FRANCHE FORCHETTE”.
Sabrina is the hotel’s manager; she worked for 10 years in a recreation centre for the elderly as a nurse. She can offers her skills to the hostel’s customers for health problems and for hotel’s activities.
Paolo is Sabrina ‘s husband. Since many years ago he has worked as a musician, director, sound technician. He usually helps to organise events and parties. Michael is their son. He is attending the last years at the high school, he is a musician as well as his father and he is a good waiter and barman. Ennio is the Paolo’s father and he is able to fix everything. Paolo’s Mather called Luciana likes speaking to customers and playing cards. Finally, Katia, she is Sabrina’s Sister is always smiley.

The hotel’s management is grateful to everybody is working and who will work with them. Our motto is “the most important thing for a good management is details attention”.
